I started my business in 2016 kind of by accident after painting a ukulele. I’ve been an artist my entire life - since as long as I can remember creativity has been a pillar of my existence - and I realized that I could turn my passion into something more. I’ve been running my business as a side project under the name UP Ukes for the past several years while I finished up my degree at Michigan Technological University, but now that I’ve graduated and have a home studio set up, I’m ready to rebrand and dive head first into pursuing creative entrepreneurship full-time.
