Pet Portrait Ornament Commission

Our furry friends are near and dear to our hearts, no matter where they are. Whether they’ve crossed the Rainbow Bridge or are sitting on the couch snuggling with us, they’re family. Add a pet portrait ornament to your tree this year, or send one to a friend for the perfect gift! 

This listing is for one (1) custom pet portrait ornament, acrylic paint on wooden ornament blank. It comes with ribbon attached for easy hanging and is sealed for longevity. Made to order. Each finished ornament will be unique based on subject matter.

After placing your order, please email me at AmandaVermeerArt@gmail.com with “Pet Portrait Order” in the subject line. In the body of your email include your full name and order number, a clear picture of your pet, and a preferred background color if you have one. I will email back to confirm that I have what I need to proceed, and will also send a picture of the completed painting for approval before I seal it and ship it out. Please monitor your emails for this communication, as I will not be able to fulfill your order completely until I have final approval from you. 

Processing time for each ornament is 1-2 weeks, and a limited number are available since they are hand painted. Shipping time is not included in the processing time. If you need a rush order or overnight shipping for any reason, please email me to discuss the details and added payment.

Orders will be painted and shipped in the order they are received. I reserve the right as the artist to refuse your order for any reason, and will cancel/refund the amount paid if I choose not to start your commission. If at any point after I start the painting process I decide to cancel your order for any reason (e.g. hostile communication from the customer, repeated attempts to contact the customer with no response, etc.), I will offer a 50% refund of the amount paid. If you, the customer, choose to cancel your order at any time before completion, I will offer a 50% refund of the amount paid. Refunds will not be issued after completion, refunds will not be issued for any other reason than those stated above. Returns and exchanges not accepted. 

I am not responsible for the ornament once it leaves my possession, and I am not responsible for any unhappiness that may arise regarding the painting once it is approved.
