Tattoo Permission - Single Use ONLY

What It Is:

• Tattoo Permission for a single design from Amanda Vermeer Art
• One time, single use ONLY
• Not for resale or transfer of ANY KIND
• Includes a PDF signed release form granting permission to your tattoo artist of choice to replicate one (1) of my original designs for a single tattoo
• Includes watermarked file of chosen design to be used as reference by your tattoo artist
• This is not a physical product, this is a digital release form/file that will be sent via email

How It Works:

1. Purchase this listing!
2. After placing your order, email me (AmandaVermeerArt@gmail.com) the following information: your name, the design you’d like the release form for, and the name/studio name of your tattoo artist.
3. You will then receive an email response from me with a signed release form attached as a PDF. Included in the release form will be a watermarked file of the design you chose for your tattoo artist to reference. 
4. Show the release form to your tattoo artist, get tattooed! Tattoo not included in this listing ;)
5. I’d love it if you would send me pics of your tattoo once it’s completed. Please make sure that you and your tattoo artist properly credit me on socials by tagging me with @AmandaVermeerArt in any photos posted after completion!

Professional tattoo artists generally (hopefully) won’t agree to tattoo someone else’s design without written consent, so this tattoo permission allows you to take my design to your tattoo artist of choosing and shows them that everything is on the up and up!

Each tattoo permission is good for one design specifically, one use only. They are not for resale or transfer of any kind. 

I ask that I be tagged/credited properly in any posts to social media by both the tattoo artist and the tattooed when the tattoo is completed. My handle is @AmandaVermeerArt across all platforms. 

I highly recommend double checking with your tattoo artist ahead of purchasing this listing to make sure they are comfortable and willing to tattoo someone else’s work! Even with a signed release form they may not be willing to work outside of their own designs, which is completely ok and understandable. You are responsible for discussing this in full ahead of time with your tattoo artist.

Due to the nature of the signed release form, details can only be edited within limited reason after the form is sent via email to the purchaser. Any requested edits will be accepted or denied at the sole discretion of me, Amanda Vermeer. 

Please make sure you are 100% sure about the details you are providing for the release form, including the name of the person being tattooed, the name of your tattoo artist/studio, and which design you are choosing!
